Chairman of the Ceylon Electricity Board M. M. C. Ferdinando says he has not been informed of a power cut today and tomorrow. He said that CEB employees do not wish to keep the country in darkness. Meanwhile, Electricity Board Engineering Union said there would not be power interruptions despite the trade union action today.
